Have you ever found yourself saying, ‘I wish I could stop thinking… Something’? You know what I mean. You have a thought, a reaction to a situation, a reflex that you wish you didn’t have. It’s more like a habit – this tendency to think negatively. And you wish you could stop. You wish you could think something else, something better, something that would help the situation instead of making it worse.
Changing your thoughts isn’t as hard as it first seems but there’s only one way to do it; the only way to counteract a negative thought is to replace it with a positive one.
