Meet Catharine Toso

Catharine Toso is a Doctor of Social Work (DSW) who serves as a psychotherapist currently based out of Newton, Pennsylvania. She provides a range of services including: therapy designed for children and adolescents, divorce, families, and relationship issues. She also performs child custody evaluations, specializing in forensic child custody evaluations.

Catharine Toso studied psychology at Rosemont College and then went on to earn her M.S., M.S.W., and D.S.W. from the University of Pennsylvania. While working towards her Doctorate, she published her dissertation exploring the relationship that divorced men have with their children.

Catharine Toso has been practicing as a child and family therapist since 1995 and has served as a child custody evaluator since 2002. She truly loves her profession because she feels that she is able to make a difference in the lives of her clients in helping them to get the help they deserve. Catharine has seen so many of her clients completely transform their lives after continued sessions with her, which is the only reward she can hope for.
